Confit with White Wine & Pear

This delicious confit with white wine & pear from Nicolas Vahé is the perfect addition for a delicious cheese table or cold meats. Confit is similar to marmalade, but contains less sugar and more fruit. This version has a wonderful and intense flavour that is both sweet and tangy at the same time. Try it as an addition to your breakfast yoghurt or with delicious cheese. Once opened: consume within 3 weeks and store in a cold place
