Confit with Fig & Balsamic

Confit with fig & balsamic from Nicolas Vahé is a delicious accompaniment for the cheese board. The confit is similar to marmalade, but it is made with less sugar and more fruit. Its tangy yet sweet flavour fits the creaminess of cheese really well. Enjoy it with delicious bread and a good cheese. Once opened: consume within 3 weeks and store in a cold place.
