Jam with Fig

Wonderful jam with fig from Nicolas Vahé. The jam works perfectly with a cheese table. You can also try it on a piece of bread or as a topping on natural yoghurt or pancakes. Once opened: consume within 3 weeks and store in a cold place.


60% figs; cane sugar; concentrated lemon juice; gelling agent: fruit pectins.
