Jam with Rhubarb & Ginger

Wonderful jam with rhubarb & ginger from Nicolas Vahé. Use it as an addition for the cheese table, for pancakes, on top of waffles, as topping on natural yoghurt or ice cream – or something so simple as a nice piece of freshly baked bread. The combination of the sweet and tangy elements gives it a unique, fresh taste that works very well. Once opened: consume within 3 weeks and store in a cold place.
