Hummus, Beetroot & Pistachios

With its beautiful, red colour, this unconventional hummus from Nicolas will certainly become an eye-catching food on your dining table. The red colour comes from beetroot, which adds an earthy and sweet touch to the hummus in combination with the pistachios. Use this tasty hummus as a dip for crudités or grilled vegetables, grilled halloumi or a warm pita bread. In addition to beetroot and pistachio, you can find two other flavours in our range of hummus. One with carrot and fill, and another one with tomato, feta and basil. Once opened: consume within 5 days and store in a cool place.
