All of Nicolas Vahé’s vinegars are based on traditional vinegar with a new and exciting twist. Aceto Balsamico di Modena is made from wine vinegar and is therefore ideal for dressings and marinades. We recommend that you enjoy it as an addition to a tomato salad with mozzarella. Once opened: consume within 2 years.
