Glaze with Wild Berry

Nicolas Vahé’s glaze is made from balsamic vinegar, which is cooked for several hours and then reduced to a delicious and very intense glaze. Enjoy this flavourful version with forest fruits in combination with meat and rice, or to top desserts to make them a little bit more intense with a new and exciting twist.
