Vinegar,Tomato & Bell Pepper purée

This delicious vinegar from Nicolas Vahé gives you an easy and tasty starting point when you want to make a delicious dressing for your salad or a marinade for some meat. This vinegar is made with tomato and pepper pure, and therefore comes with a lot of sweetness and richness. Try it with a delicious and fresh Freek salad with cucumber, peppers, red onions, olives and feta. This vinegar is ideal for sauces, salads, fish and chicken. Or as a flavour enhancer for beef tartar. Once opened consume within 3 months and store in a cool place.


alcohol vinegar 45%; double concentrated tomato 20%; red pepper purée 18.8%; sugar; espelette chili paste (crushed espelette chili 89%, vinegar, salt) 1.5%; stabiliser: arabic gum; preservative: potassium metabisulfite.
