Nicolas Vahé’s white punch extract can be enjoyed both hot and cold, and all year around as well. To recreate the traditional hot Christmas drink, you need to mix the extract with 1-2 bottles of white wine. Heat it slowly in a saucepan. Do not allow it to boil. Add chopped almonds. If you want a drink that is more suited for summer, you can mix the extract with cold champagne.
